Per application, per named user. One pricing model, published in full, so you can price a deployment before you talk to anyone.

Before the prices, what you are buying
CEDX applications are live builds running on demonstration data. They are not yet generally available, and we have no named customers to show you. The rates below are the prices that apply on purchase — they are a rate card, not an availability claim.
We would rather publish the number and be clear about the stage than quote privately and let you assume a maturity we have not reached. If you need generally-available software with reference customers today, we are not that yet, and we would rather you knew before the call.
How pricing works
One model, and only one: per application, per named user, per month. You license the applications you want, for the people who use them. There is no platform fee, no separate flat Team, Business or Enterprise plan, and no per-transaction charge on your own usage.
Every application sits in one of four rate bands. Within a band there are three tiers — Estate Core, Estate and Estate Plus — which differ in commercial terms and seat minimums rather than in a feature matrix. Which band a given application sits in is confirmed on your quote.

Monthly billing is available at 20% above the annual rate, which makes annual prepayment about 17% cheaper over a year. The annual rate is the one quoted above.
Bundles
If you are running several applications, the bundles price the estate rather than the parts. Per named user, per month, on annual billing.

Seat minimums and billing terms
- Seat minimums apply to the bundles: 10 users for Estate Core and Estate, 25 users for Estate Plus. Single-application licences have no seat minimum.
- Named users, not concurrent. A seat belongs to a person. Sharing a login between several people is not permitted under the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Billing in advance, on the cadence shown at checkout, by the payment method you give us. The full terms are in section 8 of the Terms of Service, including the refund routes.
- Card transactions are capped at $10,000. Anything above that is invoiced and settled by ACH or wire rather than by card.
- Price changes are notified in advance, on the notice windows set out in the Terms. Existing terms hold for the remainder of a paid period.
Add-ons
Sandbox environments, AI action volume, additional storage and SMS are billable separately. We do not publish a unit rate for these, because we do not yet have enough production usage to set one we would honour. They read Quoted on your order form, and the quote is fixed for the term.
What support costs
Nothing extra. There is one support plan, it is included in every licence, and its response targets are published on the Availability and support page. We do not sell a faster tier, because we do not staff one. Nothing is sold that our staffing cannot back.
What we do not do
- We do not run a free tier that converts to paid automatically. The live builds are open to try on demonstration data, no card and no call, and nothing starts billing on its own.
- We do not take a card credential for a trial.
- We do not price by transaction volume, seats you are not using, or data stored.
- We do not publish a feature comparison between the three tiers, because the differences are commercial rather than functional and we would rather not imply otherwise.
